Ingredients
835 grams Pears, fresh: peeled, cored, diced170 gram(s) cranberries fresh 112 grams Brown Sugar 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .12 tsp Cloves, ground
Directions
Place all ingredients in crackpot on high for 2 hours.
Blend until smooth.
Return to crackpot and cook, uncovered on high for 4 hours or until reduced to 3 cups.
Keep in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
