1 tbsp Simple Truth Organic Butter 1 tbsp Arrowhead Mills Organic Flour 16 tbsp Horizon Organic half and half .25 tsp Cloves, ground 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 oz Cheese-shredded pepperjack 28 gm=1oz=1/4 cup (by CAROLYN710)
Directions
Make roux with butter and flour. Add milk and spices. Stir until thickend. Add cheese.
