Crunchy Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
1 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad) 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw,1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1/2- 1 cup Zuchini squash, raw (by KRILLFURY) 1 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained Lemon Juice and salt to your liking 0.5 cup Nature's Earthly Choice Quinoa - 1/4 cup dry 1/2 cup cooked
Directions
Cook quinoa according to box and let it cool. You can also use leftover quinoa from a different meal like I did.

Dice onion, tomato,lettuce, and zucchini.
Add veggies into a bowl add can of tuna and quinoa, mix thoroughly and add lemon and salt to taste.

You can also add some feta for a little extra something.
