Light Chopped Broccoli Salad

6 cup Broccoli Florets, chopped1/2 cup red onion, small dice 2/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted2/3 cup reduced-sugar dried cranberries4 slices uncured turkey bacon, cooked & diced 2/3 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar 1/2 tsp kosher salt 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper 2 tsp crushed rep pepper flakes
1. In a large bowl, add chopped broccoli, red onion, toasted almonds, dried cranberries and turkey bacon.
2. In a small bowl add Greek yogurt, honey, white balsamic vinegar, kosher salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes. Whisk to combine. Pour dressing mixture over broccoli mixture. Toss well to coat broccoli well. Refrigerate at least one hour for flavors to come together.
Serving Size: Makes about 12 1/2 cup servings
