Ingredients
6 roasted red peppers (thinly sliced) * see note1 large red onion (halved and thinly sliced)1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)2 tablespoons of fresh chives (chopped)4 tablespoons of fresh basil (chopped)3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegarpinch of sugarpinch of saltpinch of fresh ground black pepper
Directions
Makes 6 servings

Combine all the salad ingredients (except the red peppers) and store in the fridge. Grill the peppers on the barbecue. Add to the salad. Enjoy this delicious dish.
