Whole 30 Basic Mayonnaise

Ingredients
20 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 tsp dry mustard powder (by ANDY99) .5 tsp Salt .5 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
Directions
In a blender pour 1/4 cup of oil, the egg, mustard powder and salt. Blend thoroughly. While it is blending slowly pour the rest of the oil into the mixture After all of the oil is in the blender, blend until emulsified. Add the lemon juice and blend on low until incorporated.

Serving Size: 1 Tbsp.
