COMBINE ALL IN A RICE COOKER AND COOK UNTIL LIQUID HAS ABSORBED. YOU MAY ADD RAW NUTS FOR SOME ADDED PROTEIN. THIS CEREAL KEEPS WELL IN THE FRIDGE OR FREEZER. YOU MAY NEED TO ADD ANY SWEETENER FOR THE FRUIT DOES WELL. HOWEVER, IF YOU NEED TO SWEETEN IT, I SUGGEST AGAVE NECTAR. ALL THIS WILL BE NEEDED IS A LITTLE MILK TO LOOSEN AND MICROWAVE.
