Ingredients
1.5 tsp Ginger, ground 3 cup bagged coleslaw mix (by ITSNEVER2LATE!) 1 tsp Garlic powder 5.33 serving Ground Turkey-Wegmans Fresh Turkey 94% lean, 6% fat (3 oz cooked) (by JMEGILL01) 5.66 serving NaSoya Eggroll Wrappers (3 per svg) (by CAROLELEAH)
Directions
cook meat with ginger and garlic, take off heat then add coleslaw mix.
add a heaping tablespoon or 2 of the mixture to each egg roll wrapper and roll into egg roll shape.
bake at 375 until browned and crispy (15-20 min approx)
I made 17 egg rolls but you could make more or less depending on how big you stuff them
