Garlic Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw 5 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 85 grams Low fat cream cheese
Directions
boil cauliflower in water until tender, about 10-15 minutes depending on size. While cauliflower is cooking, sauce garlic in olive oil until translucent and softened, about 4-5 minutes. when both are done, blend cauliflower, garlic (with oil), and cream cheese in a blender or food processor until smooth. Salt and pepper to taste.
