Keto Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

2 lbs ground beef1 lb mushrooms6 slices of bacon1 onion4 eggs1 can (6oz) tomato paste1 cup heavy whipping cream12 oz shredded cheddar
In skillet, cook the bacon. Remove bacon, do not drain pan. Cook mushrooms, add in onion into bacon grease. Set aside. Cook and drain beef. Mix beef, mushrooms and onions together, put in the bottom of a 9x13 pyrex dish.
Mix remaining ingredients, saving 4 ounces of shredded cheese. Mix into beef mixture, put remaining 4 ounces of cheese on the top. Cook at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
