Ingredients
4 oz Chicken Tenders, fresh raw, chicken breast (4oz=2 pieces=1serving (by HERBLADYANN) 1 tbsp Canola Oil 1 tsp Soy Sauce .3 tbsp Argo Cornstarch
Directions
mix soy sauce, mirin and corn starch well, add 4 oz of raw chicken cut into thin strips. Allow to marinate for 15 minutes. Heat 1 Tablespoon canola or any cooking oil you like to 350 degrees. Toss marinated chicken in hot oil over medium high heat for 3 minutes.
