Chickpea Salad

Ingredients
1.5 c chickpeas / 1 can drained1/2 c diced red onion1/2 c diced celery1/2 c diced red bell pepper1/4 c diced fire roased red peppers1tbs xtra virgin olive oil1 tbs white balsamic vinegar
Directions
Drain liquid form chickpeas. Combine all ingredients in bowl. Salt & pepper to taste. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
