red lentil & Kabocha Soup

Ingredients
1.5 cup lentil,dry, uncooked (by ANTIOCHIA) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup kabocha squash (by ANNACABRERA) 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 6 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 2 cup Cauliflower, raw 1 tbsp garlic1 tsp salt1 tsp cuminjuice 1 lemon
Directions
saute onion in oil
add carrots and cook until soft
add all other ingredients and simmer till soft
add lemon juice and chopped cilantro
