Ingredients
2.5 cup Oats, Quaker 1.5 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup) 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Salt 1 cup Milk, 1% 2 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 serving Maple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup) 4 tsp Splenda 0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground
Directions
In a blender, pulse oats with dry ingredients to a powder consistency
Add wet ingredients and blend
Spray nonstick skillet with coconut (or other) cooking oil
Cook on medium heat until slightly crispy and cooked through, flipping once
