6 large Egg white, fresh 1 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Spray a pan with oil and cook mixture by large spoonfuls - makes silver-dollar-sized pancakes.
