Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
1 box elbow macaroni1/2 cup diced celery1/2 cup diced white onion4 hard boiled eggs2 cups mayonnaise4 tbsp rice vinegar2 tbsp sugar1 tsp mustard1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1 tsp celery seed
Directions
1. Cook macaroni according to box. Drain and let cool.
2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, celery seed, salt and pepper. Adjust to taste.
3. In a large bowl, combine dressing with celery, onion, and macaroni. Stir in chopped eggs.
4. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with boiled egg and paprika.

Serving Size: 8 1-cup servings.
