Pita protein bread

Ingredients
2.8 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2.0 serving MusclePharm Combat: Protein Powder (Any Flavor, 1 Scoop)1.0 tsp Salt8.0 oz Fairlife Fat Free Milk
Directions
Mix ingredients together, knead for 5-7 mins allow to rise for 1 hour, divide into 8 balls of dough, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate over night, preheat oven to 450 with a cookie sheet in center, roll out thin with a rolling pin, use your hand to flip the dough onto the hot cookie sheet, (optional: brush top with olive oil) bake for 3 mins-dough will puff up like a balloon, remove from oven and enjoy - dough will stay good in fridge for a few days covered well with cling wrap.
