Potato Salad

Ingredients
10 Potatoes6 stalks celery4 hard boiled eggs2 cups Kraft Miracle Whip Light
Directions
Wash 10 russett potatoes and cut into 1/8ths. Boil until done.

Allow potatoes to cool completely. It is best to let them sit instead of putting in the fridge so this may take an hour or so.

Add 6 stalks of celery, chopped.
Add 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped.

Add 2 cups Miracle Whip Light and mix together.

Serve.

Makes about 24 servings.
