3 large Onions, raw 5 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots, raw 1 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage, fresh 1 serving Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry 1 cup Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can 8 cup Tomato juice, without salt added 1.5 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium 2 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 10 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw
Add onions (chopped), carrots (chopped), cabbage (chopped). single packet of onion soup mix, 1 can (drained) of green beans, tomato juice, beef broth. It was here that I could no longer add anything else to my crockpot. I then cooked it down for an hour, then added green peppers (chopped) and celery (chopped). Let it cook until all vegetables have softened. (Generally 4 hours in crockpot)
To make vegetarian, substitute beef broth with vegetable broth.

This is better than I expected. I wasn't excited about any veggie soup without some meat or potatoes but this was good! It's filling at the time but I'm starving after about an hour which was unexpected since it has so much fiber. I prefer to add some texas pete in it to give it a little kick. - 6/26/18
