Creamy Spinach & Herb Crock Pot Chicken

Ingredients
2 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips 1 Tbsp Tastefully Simple Onion Onion, divided Coupons 1/4 cup Tastefully Simple Spinach & Herb Dip Mix, divided1 lb Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced1 can Evaporated Milk, fat free 1 cup Dry White Wine1/4 cup Corn Starch 1/2 cup waterSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Place chicken in crock pot (chicken can be frozen). Sprinkle with 1/2 of seasonings. Top with mushooms, milk and remaining seasonings. Cook on high 4-5 hours or on low 7-8 hours. One hour before serving mix corn starch with about 1/2 cup of water, Slowly stir into sauce. Continue to cook. Sauce should thicken. Serve over rice, pasta or potatoes. Top with grated smoked Gouda.
