Fresh Salad Dressing

Ingredients
.5 cup of red onions (diced)1 cup Cherry Tomatoes1 cucumber - sliced8 cloves garlic (minced)4 tbs lemon juicesea salt (to taste)dash cayenne pepper (to taste)3tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Place all ingredients into food processor or blender. Blend until very smooth! Sea salt and cayenne to taste.

The measurement of ingredients is very flexible - every time I make it a little different!

Makes approx 8 servings. Toss on Salad and enjoy!
