2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 serving Slim Fast French Vanilla (powder only) .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1. Mash the bananas in a bowl with a fork. Whisk in eggs, add protein powder and cinnamon.
2. Heat a skillet on medium and spray with cooking oil.
3. pour the batter onto the skillet and cook until browned and then flip.
4. top with maple syrup if desired.
