Banana Graham Cracker Cake

Ripe bananas- approx. 9Honey Graham Crackers 45 small squares (but the cake holds together better if you use the full rectangle and add the last piece)Powdered Sugar Icing:2 cups powdered sugar1 tbsp. low cal. butter1 tsp. vanilla extract2-3 tbsp. milk
In a 9 x 13 inch baking dish layer 15 graham cracker squares (or 7 large rectangles plus one extra square) to cover bottom. Slice 3 bananas in 1/4 inch coins and lay them out so they totally cover the graham crackers. Cover with another layer of graham crackers. Continue layers until you have 4 layers of graham crackers and 3 layers of bananas, ending with a graham cracker layer. Make icing according to directions. (You may have to adjust amount of milk so the icing is thick). Pour icing over the top layer of graham crackers. Cover and chill for 24 hours. Serve. Keep refrigerated.
