Rita's Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup long grain white rice1 can Campbell's condensed Beef Consomme1 can Campbell's condensed French Onion Soup1 stick butter (salted)1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Cut butter into 1-inch chunks. Mix all ingredients in deep baking dish. Cook in preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until rice is fully cooked.
