Julia's Infamous Egg Nog

6 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw (separated).75 cup Granulated Sugar 2 fl oz Rum 8 fl oz Whiskey (bourbon) 16 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream 16 fl oz Half and Half Cream
First Bowl (that you can serve it in): egg yolks. Whip, gradually adding .5 c sugar then rum and bourbon
Second Bowl: egg whites. Whip, gradually adding .25 c sugar
Third Bowl: Whip heavy cream until stiff then gradually add Half and Half. Add to egg yolk mixture. Then fold in whites.
Use ladle to serve in highball size glasses. Grind some nutmeg on top of each glass right before serving.
Serving Size: 20 6 oz servings
