Ingredients
1.0 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw74.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw2.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw2.0 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil2.0 tbsp Soy Sauce2.0 cup Jasmine Rice - white
Directions
Put vegetables in pan with oil and cook them. Then add already cooked rice. Keep that cooking for a bit. Then mix in soy sauce for flavor. Then done.
