1 tbsp Olive Oil 4 clove Garlic 16 oz Carrots - Bolthouse Farms - Baby Cut Carrots 8 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp dried basil1/2 c Balsamic Vinegar 2 tbsp Honey 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 lb Green Beans (snap)
Directions
Layer ingredients in slow cooker starting at the top of the list, everything except green beans add them the last 30-60 minutes depending on how crisp you like them. Cook on high 4 hours Cool on low 8 hours Serving Size: 2 thighs and 1/4 of vegetables
