Dawn's PB & J Protien Shake

Ingredients
2 tsp of Skippy Natural Peanut Butter.5 cup frozen strawberries1 meduim banana1 scoop of Whey Protien (Strawberry or Vanilla).75 cup of Milk (I use skim).5 cup of low fat yogurt 6 ice cubes
Directions
Blend all ingredients for 5 minutes. This "plumps: it up and makes it nice and yummy.

This will make 2 16 oz servings. Perfect for a snack or meal replacement.
