Ingredients
1 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled) 1 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 2 serving avacado 1 medium 2 tbsp Olive Oil .5 fl oz Lemon Juice
Directions
Chop cucumber, tomato and avocado, combine in bowl and add remaining ingredients. Toss.
