1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 dash Salt .5 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda .5 cup Honey .3 cup Coconut Oil .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, ripened
Mix wet ingredients. Slowly incorporate dry ingredients, small amounts at a time. Grease and flour bread pan. Cook at 350°F for 40-45 minutes.
