Chinese Orange Chicken

Ingredients
16 oz. Chicken Breast 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil 1/2 cup Orange Juice 3 Tbl Soy Sauce 2 Tbl Rice Vinegar 2 Tbl Cornstarch 1 tsp Ginger Root2 clove Garlic 10 oz bag of frozen Sugar Snap Peas 10 oz bag Asian Mixed Vegetables or Broccoli1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon
Directions
Slice chicken into small strips or small chunks and set aside.

Combine garlic, chicken broth, cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a bowl and set aside.

Spray large skillet with low fat pam, and add the chicken over medium heat. Cook until the chicken begins to brown.

Pour in the broth mixture and bring to a boil to thicken. Simmer until chicken is cooked all the way through.
