Spicy Moroccan Butternut Soup

Ingredients
1kg Butternut, peeled and diced2 Medium Potatoes, peeled and dicedJuice of 1 lemon4 Cups Chicken Stock1/2 tsp ginger1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp cumin2 cloves garlic crushed4 tsp brown sugar (treacle)1 tsp tabasco1 large onion choppedSalt and black pepper
Directions
1. Chop onion and garlic and fry until soft
2. Add spices, butternut and potato and fry for 3 minutes until flavoursome.
3. Add chicken stock and cook for 40 min or until soft. Add Salt and pepper to taste
4. Puree or mash add lemon juice and tobasco and serve with fresh rolls.
5. Garnish with plain yoghurt.
