115.0 Grams Butter, unsalted60.0 Grams Flour, white2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Melt butter and water with salt.
Add flour all at once and stir until mixed well
Let cool a bit
Add cinnamon
Mix in eggs one at a time
Drop onto baking sheet using a pastry bag
Bake at 425F for 20 to 25 mins
Serve with ice cream and chocolate sauce**not calculated in nutrition
