48 tbsp Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts (Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds) 2 oz 365 Organic Almond Milk Unsweetened 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 4 tbsp Nutiva organic extra virgin coconut oil 1.5 cup Bob's Red Mill Whole Wheat Pastry Flour (1/4 cup) (by LIGHTNINGPAW) 1 serving Maca powder 1TB (by DIANEH4655) .5 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Salt 8 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 76 gram(s) Navitas Naturals Raw Cacao Nibs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend 3/4 cup of the hemp seeds. Add almond milk and vanilla extract until a thick paste forms.
Whisk in the coconut oil and sugar.
In a separate bowl mix together the dry ingredients, remaining 1/4 cup hemp seeds and then the wet ingredients.
Mix to form a dough.
Use a scoop or tablespoon to form balls of dough and place them on cookie sheets lined with parchment paper or silicone mats.
Flatten each ball slightly.
Bake 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned on the bottom.
