20 grams Oat Bran 10 grams Wheat bran, crude 25 gram(s) Vital Protein, Original Pea Protein Isolate (by ROSCOE01) 5 tbsp Milk - Skim Milk Powder (by TAMINGDRAGONS) 1 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain 3 serving Egg white, large 1 tsp Salt
Preheat oven at 180.
Lightly whisk the egg whites. Mix all dry ingredients very well together. Combine yogurt, salt and egg whites. Mix everything making sure no lumps are visible. You may need to adjust liquids. Form 10 breadsticks
Bake on parchment paper for 10 min at 180, flip and bake until brown (10 min, depending on oven).
