12 gram(s) Jay Robb Egg White Protein Powder - Vanilla, 1 scoop 0.5 cup Greek yogurt Fage, plain, 0% fat 1 cup Buttermilk, lowfat 0.25 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry 2 serving Great Value No Calorie Stevia
Mix half the buttermilk with the egg white powder and whisk well to reconstitute. Heat the rest of the buttermilk. Add the oats and stir. Cook for 10 min making sure you add some water if too thick. Remove and allow to cool for 5 min. Mix with stevia and egg powder mixture. Add the yogurt. Put in 2 cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
