Ingredients
4.0 tbsp Chili powder (comes with chili mix packet)4.0 tbsp Cumin seed (comes with chili mix packet)1.0 tsp Paprika (comes with chili mix packet)1.0 large Onions, raw1.0 can plain tomato sauce56.0 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled2.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
Directions
Cut peppers and onions. Boil peppers and onions in 1 can tomato sauce and 1 can of water until semi soft Cook ground beef in separate pan and add to pot Let cook for 10 mins add spices (more or less to your own tastes) Stir and let simmer. Serving Size: Makes 8 2-cup servings
