Ingredients
.75 cup Half and Half Cream 2 tbsp Cream Cheese 2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 1.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Warm milk and butter to simmer. Soften cream cheese. Add cream cheese and shredded cheddar to simmering milk. Stir frequently.
