Ingredients
2.0 tbsp Basil1.0 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw meat) Ground Beef (lean)2.0 tbsp Hunt's Ketchup2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil3.0 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium1.0 cup Yellow onion14.0 oz Fire Roasted tomatoes, canned4.0 oz canned mushroom, sliced4.0 oz celery, sliced1.0 cup carrot, sliced3.0 cup Russet potatoes, diced1.0 cup green beans, frozen1.0 cup yellow corn, frozen2.0 oz Worcester sauce1.0 tbsp oregano, dried1.0 tbsp garlic salt2.0 tsp minced garlic2.0 tsp Beef bullion
Directions
Saute Onion, mushroom, celery in olive oil until onion is soft. Add ground Beef, minced garlic and brown. Add canned tomatoes, 1 can of water, beef broth, carrots, potatoes, Worcester sauce and spices. Simmer untill carrots and potatoes are done, about 45 minutes. Add corn and green beans, 2 tsp beef bullion, 1/4 cup ketchup. Bring to simmer for 15 minutes. Serve. Serving Size: 2 cups
