Kodiak Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients
4 serving Kodiak Cakes Protein Packed Waffle Mix 10 oz 1% LOWFAT MILK KROGER 1 cup Oats, Quaker .5 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 cup Butter, salted 2 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 serving Apple, Gala (medium) .5 cup, chopped Pecans 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Peel and dice apple. Soften (do not melt) butter. Mix all ingredients.
Fill greased muffin tins. Mix 1/4c. oats and 2 tbsp. brown sugar, and sprinkle over top of muffins. Bake at 350 for 17-20 minutes.
