Creamy Bacon Ranch Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 package Suddenly Salad Bacon Ranch5 Chicken Breasts, cooked and cubed1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped1/2 cup Fat Free Mayonnaise
Directions
Boil the Suddenly Salad pasta package according to directions. Meanwhile, saute the chicken breasts if not already cooked and cube them. (I recommend you pre-cook several chicken breasts by sauteing or grilling them, then storing them in the freezer or refrigerator for later use)

Finely chop the green and red bell peppers and set aside. Drain the pasta and run under cold water until cooled. In a medium bowl, combine the Suddenly Salad dressing packet with the fat free mayonnaise.

Pour cooled pasta, chicken, and peppers into dressing mix. Toss to coat well.

You can serve immediately, or refrigerate for 1-2 hours for a completely chilled salad.
