11 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat 0.5 cup Milk, 1% 2 serving cheese, Kraft low fat shredded 1/4 cup (by KAYLCEY) 1 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips 3 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 84 grams Canadian Bacon
Divide vegetables and bacon into 12 - 4 oz. mason jars sprayed with cooking spray. Blend eggs, milk and cottage cheese in blender and fill jars. Cook 90 min. @ 172 deg.
