Ingredients
2.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese2.0 oz Cream Cheese1.0 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw16.0 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round]2.5 serving Rotel6.0 serving macayo
Directions
Mix 1 cup cheese, cream cheese and eggs well and pour evenly into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Brown meat and add all other ingredients other than remaining cheese into pan and simmer. Once crust is done, pour neat mixture on top and cover with cheese. Bake additional 15 minutes untik bubbly Serving Size: 4-6
