1/2 cup low fat ricotta cheese1 1/2 tsp any flavor extract 1 individual serving package of Splenda or other artificial sweetneroptional:slivered almonds w/ almond extractshredded coconut w/ coconut extractfresh fruit with fruit flavored extractscoco powder instead of extracts w/ bananaGet creative!!
Directions
It's pretty simple just put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Best served chilled. Enjoy!!
