8-10 Tbsp. Tap'nade1 c. diced ham or meat or choice(remeber will change carb/calorie counts!)8 sl. Smoked Provolone Cheese8 sl. Mozzarella or 1 c. shredded1 Boboli 8" pizza or larger for bigger crowd.
Place Pizza dough on oiled cookie sheet. Pre-heat oven to 400*.
Pile Tape'nade in center of dough & spread out evenly across top. Layer Ham, Cheeses across top. Place in Oven on lowest rack setting. Leave till cheese is melted & crust slightly brown, for soft crust- longer for crispy. May opt to place higher rack of Oven & Broil for few seconds. Cut & serve immediately!
