Nadines Sausage, kale and potato soup

Ingredients
4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 0.75 cup, sliced Onions, raw 1 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw 2 oz Johnsonville All Natural Ground Mild Italian Sausage 1.5 cup, chopped Kale 1 1tsp Olive Oil 2 fl oz White Wine
Directions
Brown sausage, remove from pot, sauté onions and potatoes and remove from pot, deglaze pot with wine. Add broth and the browned ingredients and bring to a simmer. Add chopped kale and simmer.
