340.0 Grams Raspberries6.0 tbsp Chocolate Syrup, Walden Farms Calorie Free22.5 gram Six Star Pro Nutrition Soy Protein162.0 gram Athens Mini Fillo Shells5.0 tbsp BelGioioso Mascarpone
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° Remove mini shells from packaging and place on foil lined cookie sheet. Mash your berries just enough so that you have what looks like jam but not liquidity. Combine berries, mascarpone, chocolate syrup and protein powder until well blended. Fill mini shells with mixture making sure not to over fill. Bake for 12 minutes or until pies are set. Enjoy while warm.
