2 cup Bean sprouts 1 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh 8 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 4 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Aji-Mirin, Kikkoman (by MHPHELPS) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 2 tbsp Asian Chili Paste (by REFERENCE) 2 tbsp Chef Cuisine Minced Garlic (Ajo) 1 Tbsp (5g) (by RUTHHAWKINS671)
Slice chicken breast thin.
Place onion and celery in nonstick pan cook several minutes. Add chicken cook a few more minutes.
Add garlic, soy sauce, chili paste.
Cook until liquid is reduced.
Add bean sprouts, stir.
Add spinach and cover for a few minutes until spinach is wilted. Stir all together and remove from heat.
Serving Size: 4- 1 cup servings
