Ingredients
12.0 oz Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (roasts), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, roasted4.0 cup, chopped or diced Hot Chili Peppers0.33 cup Flour, white1.0 tsp Knorr Chicken Flavor bullion Makes 1 C prepared10.0 oz Rotel Original (10oz can)
Directions
Add flour and brown. Add water and bullion to the pot and stir. Add chopped green chili, pre-cooked pork and one 10 oz can of Rotel. Bring to a boil and simmer for an hour. Add garlic and other seasoning to taste. Serving Size: Makes 8 one cup servings
