6.0 cup Parsley3.0 serving Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh, 1 Med0.5 cup, chopped Red Onions, raw1.5 cup Nature's Earthly Choice Quinoa - 1/4 cup dry 1/2 cup cooked2.0 fl oz Lemon Juice0.25 cup Olive Oil
Directions
No cooking! Just do this: 2 bunches curly parsley chopped & processed fine Process 3-4 Roma tomatoes til fine Process 1/4 Large red onion 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup good olive oil Garlic powder and salt to taste Blend all ingredients together, add salt and garlic powder. Dress with lemon juice/olive oil. Serve and enjoy. This can also be made using cracked wheat as usual.
